Makes external storage using Ext3 world easily shareable

Many people use external hdd on usb/dongle, formated with ntfs, to share files between multiple computers or users. Using ntfs, this way to do works everywhere.
If the user want to use the great Ext3 filesystem under is storage, he lose all these advantages.
The big problem are permissions under Ext3. It's stupid to put files under an external storage without using encryption, and to believe that Ext3 user's permissions are a good way to protect informations.
So we need a way to solve that. A user should be able to use is dongle with the ext3 filesystem to simply put files on it and give it to a friend (as users do with ntfs dongle all over the world)
