Add a Virtual assistant to Ubuntu 16.10 Yakkety Yak it would make navigation and finding programs much easier

Please add this in a package update (I know I'm probably to late to be requesting ideas since 16.10 is already out)

Also if you can't get the feature in for Yakkety Yak please add this in Zesty Zapus.
