Add pdf-toolkit functions (move/delete/insert/join/etc) to Evince (the default pdf viewer)

Evince is a nice gui for looking at pdf and postscript documents, but it is a pain that there is no easy (eg. gui based drag and drop) way of changing them or appending to them by interfacing to the scanner and/or pdf printer. Evince seems to be the obvious choice for adding this functionality to the system. It already has all the code for displaying the pages and thumbnailing them.
