Make Epiphany powered by Webkit the default browser for Ubuntu 8.04

It would be great to have Epiphany powered by Webkit as the default browser in Ubuntu 8.04 instead of Firefox.
And maybe the dependencies on Gecko would be removed progressively.

It's too late for Intrepid, maybe Jackalope? Even if we don't get consensus to make it the default browser, it should at least be an option. Currently in hardy you only have the gecko-based version in the repositories...
PS I just saw that epiphany-webkit will be in the Intrepid Universe repo...
