Enable the interrupt required for a Texas Instruments card reader to function

Since Kernel 2.6.17, the driver for internal Texas Instruments card readers has been implemented. The reader still will not work without the user typing "sudo setpci -s <busid> 4c.b=0x02" each time they turn their computer on. This is inconvenient and should be automated at startup.

This is handled by the tifm driver, which doesn't need any setpci poking.
