Creating a network of support users in various locations around the globe, that in some situations could visit education locations within their region to provide support for edubuntu. In the least they could provide support over IRC or tie it into an on site IRC channel. It would in essence be Live Support, manned by edubuntu enthusiasts for helping people with edubuntu/ubuntu related problems. It could even be extended to have an IRC backend, with a simple LiveChat system for the end user
