Review Edubuntu Documentation Roadmap

Edubuntu documentation efforts need to fit in-line with the Ubuntu documentation team plans. We therefore need to take another critical look at where our documentation needs differ from or compliment the other documentation efforts.

This would include looking at the scope of the handbook, duplication concerns with ubuntu docs and use of the wiki vs. drupal site vs docbook.

Additionally, we would need to formalise our process roadmap to match the release schedule of Edubuntu (i.e. announcements and supporting documentation to precede releases etc.)
