Server candy for Edgy

Some things were left over from the Dapper release cycle in terms of server candy, such as
* versioning etc (now a separate spec),
* on-CD integrity checks,
* on-CD testing and burn-in suite
We should consider any new kinds of candy (ooh, Skittles!) that we should work on in the future, figure out which of these are doable in the Edgy timeframe, and plan out a general roadmap for the remainder in Edgy+1.
