Share Files with one-click
Simple Database with filenames and -pathes (from possibly everywhere in filesystem) selected by user for easy-sharing (LAN/Internet)
through p2p / bittorrent...
User just want to share single files.. so he right-clicks and mark the file for sharing it with friends or with public..
And with another Click he cann see what his friends or another public stuff is sharing...
Using p2p in background this must be setup very easy i think
So User must not know about p2p techs. He just share files easily

User level sftp service.
When I want to share a folder/file, I can see the list of ssh public keys collected in my user and use it like a user database to define a ACL. Read/Write permissions for each key/share combination. The sftp share is announced by Avahi.
The user interface can be a tabbed window. A tab for user (key). For each tab, two sections: "read&write" / "only read". Drag and drop folders or files in the appropriate tab/section to share. For each tab, a Enable/Disable button.
A button can open shares-admin to view other shares in the host.
