Further Early Userspace development

While EarlyUserspace was successfully deployed for Breezy, there is still room for more. Patches exists to support cryptroot and root off of a loopback filesystem that could be incorporated (For secure environments and embedded environments). Further work could also be done for embedded environments by making the dep mode produce a very small initramfs. This may also benefit thin client deployments by speeding up the bootup time.
