The general goal for this release is, at the kernel level, is to maintain and extend the HW enablement that was already provided for Lucid.
* maintain the APIs (evdev mostly) and drivers
* add drivers for more devices (considered: stantum, new n-trig drivers, synaptic)
Reminder: will need help (Q/A support, some calls) to explore and design APIs for dev. mgt during this cycle
