Support DMTF standards

Support DMTF standards - SMASH, DASH, WBEM, SMBIOS.
Some of these standards have several implementations. We need to decide which if any will be officially supported in Ubuntu Server.

Some are more mature than others, specifically WBEM. Novell, RedHat, Sun, and MS all ship different implementations. Below are a few opensource implementations:
