turn off some service by default

Registered by Norman Bauer

There are some service that are turned on by default that a desktop system should not have turned on by default. Two great examples would be exim4 and LVM. I would guess that most of these are not used by that vast majority of users. This would also enhance boot times in conjunction with fcache, Ubuntu desktop could be the fastest Linux in town.
