Making devilspie more integrated into the desktop experience, thus giving more customizable window management.

Devilspie is a really useful windows management tool, that allows you to apply various settings to your programs and windows and workspaces. I think it'd be great to have this as a part of the Hardy phase as easier to set up (maybe even a GUI).
