2007-05-14 kamion: This still hasn't really happened. In the interim we have established http://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment as a superior jumping-off point to DeveloperResources and integrated a lot of bits in there. Is the UDR as proposed still necessary? (No prejudice implied; I'm prepared to accept either yes or no as an answer.)
