Add music discovery service.

Registered by Eric Casteleijn

Add a music discovery service that makes all the user's music searchable and playable, whether it's on any of his machines, stored in the cloud, or provided by a service or webpage. In this light, decide whether http://playdar.org or the more active http://tomahawk-player.org (the protocol, the implementation or both) is a good fit for Ubuntu.

A thing to investigate is whether we could provide this discovery through tracker, so that it's completely transparently available to all of Ubuntu.
