OpenOffice.org Java support

OpenOffice.org does not require Java for minimal functionality but many parts do need it. Some import/export filters need it along with the wizards and user added extensions. Unfortunately Java can not be added to the CDs due to the disk space limitations so we need to find a way to work around this issue. The proposal is to determine a way to have Java installation presented to end user when OpenOffice.org is first launched or perhaps somewhen when it is first needed if possible.
