The Advanced Efects should be included out of the box.

I still don't know a single person that keep his mouth closed when they see the cube and others efects from Compiz. So, the fourth option in Desktop Efects should be there out of the box and behabing in the same way as the other two (cannot activate efects if there is no driver support, etc).
