Most of this spec is implemented already in edgy. There are currently only UI issues and turing autoremove on by default. Currently it will just list packages that can be auto-removed. -- mvo
2008-12-15 pitti: I consider this implemented, autoremove is available, and with system-cleaner we have a GUI, too.
