Have folders in "home" as default

Windows users new to Linux are confused by the relationship between "home" and "My Documents". I've observed users moving outside of their "home" directory trying to find "My Documents" to save their files.
As a default, the home folder could contain child folders marked for storing "Music", "Documents", and "Movies". This will help the user to understand where to save and look for their files. It will also promote good "housekeeping" (organization of a user's home folder).
For quick access, these folders should also be added to the 'places' bar by default.
