Eliminate the task bars for an easier access interface and better look.

The task bars for me are somewhat unnecessary for me to have visible all the time. The 'auto hide' function takes too long to reload the bar for me to be able to use it right away. So, make the task bars more 'widget like'. The widget like task bars would go on the desktop (they would be an optional utility). The task bar with Applications/ Places/ System would essentially be the Ubuntu logo where each one of the 3 circles would open up one of the menus. The other task bar would be more Mac like in a sense that the active window's icon would be larger than the others and they would cover the bottom of the screen.
