Create a new document menu

When we install OpenOffice (normally out of the box) we should have some templates in : Right clic ==> Create a new document
And the same for all others programs who support templates.
It isn't difficult to do, just put files in ~/.templates and it is usefull for many people (with for example a "Manage templates" windows, to add or delete templates").
