Replace three of the spelling libraries (ispell, aspell, myspell, hunspell) by one implementation and use that one for all applications supported in main.

Whiteboard
gtkspell, gnome-spell and enchant use hunspell now so the GNOME changes should be alright
the aspell and ispell dictionnaries have been moved to universe and the depends updated
