Scripts Save/Load environment info for new servers or reinstalls.

These scripts Save or Load environment info from/to userspace files (e.g. users, passwd, groups, smbpasswd) and config files (e.g. my.cnf, smb.cnf), perhaps even apt-get install info. This would greatly increase the speed for bringing a server online with organizational info, perhaps even on a temporary basis via LiveCD.
