Forums Health Check
This blueprint is to look at the current health of the Ubuntu Forums., to consider any issues affecting the forums, such as a growth in the amount of spammer attacking the forums. It will also look at any bottleneck in getting the forums upgrade to the newest vBB software and getting the new Ubuntu branding installed and how to help IS in this upgrade.

Ubuntu Forums Upgrade
Remove Forums Archives and other unneeded forum areas. (Forums Council) (under discussion)
Upgrade vBulletin software from 3.x to latest version of 4.x (Canonical IS)
Run post upgrade scripts fro AdminCP. This may take awhile (Mike or Canonical IS)
AdminCP front page or Maintenance → Update Counters
Repair and Optimize DB (Admins or Canonical IS)
Apply new theme (Mike)
Fix errors in transfer, ie Font size, etc... (Mike)
