Ubuntu Development Bottlenecks

Registered by Daniel Holbach on 2011-04-05

We need to investigate development bottlenecks. Some of us get blocked in our work and we want to speed up getting things done. It will be interesting to analyse throughput of teams like MIR, SRU, Archive, Release and SRU and the blocking time. We have to find out who could help and how. Liaise with team members to get teams re-staffed and/or process changes implemented.
