Regular LoCo Stories
This blueprint discusses a project to generate regular LoCo stories that will be posted to The Fridge. David Planella will be assigned to coordinate this effort, source stories and post them to The Fridge.
[dpm] Create a template for the article. This should include -> a picture, standard information at the top of the article - the team name, location, link to their website/wiki pages, link to their mailing list/IRC channel, information on how people can submit their own LoCo stories at the bottom of the article: DONE
[dpm] Publish bi-weekly LoCo stories on the Fridge: DONE
[dpm] Define a procedure to research on or ask for LoCo Story submissions: DONE
[cp] can some of the 'stories' be success stories followed with advice on how other LoCo teams could implement/hold similar events - while it is good to hear about events these stories should help to guide and inspire other LoCo teams to have events.
[dpm] many thanks for the feedback - the idea of the LoCo stories is to raise awareness of the awesome work our LoCos are doing. While I think yours is a great idea, it falls a bit out of the scope of the current focus of the stories. However, on each story we provide information on how to contact the featured LoCo, so that other LoCos or individuals interested in the event or wanting to get advice on how to organise similar ones, can easily get in touch with them.
