Notification backend working items 14.04

From backend point of view there are only two bigger working items for 14.04. First is providing a proper Qt/qml API to allow applications developers to easily utilize notifications from their (qml) code. Second is cleaning up the architecture when it comes to system dialogs, basically creating a proper front end API and only share the notification queue/stack instead of pushing all system dialog information through notification API.
