ClamAV Security Updates

ClamAV is frequently updated for security vulnerabilities. Currently, Dapper and below all sport vulnerable/outdated versions of clamav, and the situation will only continue when Edgy releases.
I think ClamAV should be in main or otherwise be covered by security updates, especially as we advertise Ubuntu as a "server" platform.
