Circular Menus For Gnome

At the moment, no desktop on the market has truly given a moments thought to why we still stick to a single rectangular popup about 95% of the time we click anywhere. We have issues with the menus running off the screens and taking up too much space. So why bother? The technological limitations certainly aren't a factor.
