Use System Testing To Rate Hardware

I would like to know if there are any plans to implement a "simple" benchmarker that can tell the user of the system "dumbed down" ratings for what their hardware is. We have benchmarks I know, but it would be nice that every time we have a rating, you can tell the program to submit the rating to a database. Based on your hardware, it can make an individualized report that is specific to your MAC Address / Hardware's Signature, and bind it to your IP to make a unique identifier so that it won't use the same machine again (or ask for a launchpad login? to submit the information?
