Canonical store (transactions) for India / Non-US

2008 estimate 1,147,995,904 is India's population , would it be nice to have a Canonical Store here :)?

Two options :
1. Open Store here in India.
2. Allow transactions to be made in Local currency (Rupees), with free / minimal extra for shipment.
