Keyword Selection Facility

Under Preferences/Content, button to open table to define keywords. This affects bookmark properties window. When such keywords exist, have a button next to entry field, so that another pop up window shows list of words with selection checkboxes to populate the entry field. Would also like to be able control precedence placement by sequence of selection, the first selection being the "top-level" domain, 1/(x*x) for weighting key-word searches on bookmarks.
