Bluetooth pin predefined on NOT Xserver systems, without bluetooth-applet

I use a server to host many files from mobile telephone, and it haven't got any Monitor. The people send it a message using ObexServer function but, now, I need insert the pin code on other CPU with VNCviewer. I can't open the server to others because I live in a very population zone. I thing that is possible set on hcid.conf the pin key using the rule: passkey "1234"; This function don't run properly on Edgy or Feisty.
