What features did you have in mind ? (FDB)
i'm going to put bioinformatics softwares (free) needed for molecular biology labs in add/remove part to be downloaded and installed. and also i am writting a program called Rubisco-SNP browser by BioPerl (also i am establishing an internet community called Rubisco-bioinformatics to gather international effort to help developing open source bioinformatics softwars). in fact this can be a separate distribution of ubuntu if the administrators accept, I can get my goals so easily. of course i am a Biotechnologist myself.

[ajt] An Ubuntu 8.04.1 LTS version of Bio-Linux is now available at: http://nebc.nox.ac.uk/bio-linux.html
