Make it easier to build and Deploy Zope3 apps on Ubuntu

Currently, it is rather painful to set up a Zope3 + MySQL application, mostly due to there being no packages for mysqldbda and SQLOS (and, under Dapper, the version of SQLObject is too old for SQLOS). So setup requires use of easy_setup, subversion downloads, and manual configuration.
This is all far too hard compared to getting started with a generic LAMP stack.
of course, Zope3 + PostGreSQL is much easier, but not everyrone wants to develop a web app using pg.
Setting up an Ubuntu box (desktop or server) with everything necessary to create and deploy a Zope3 app should be much, much simpler.
