Better PR for new releases

Gutsy Gibbon like every future release needs a more careful PR promotion. A short press notice just isn't enough.
I have upgraded to ubuntu 7.10 beta and I barely noticed the improvements made, largely because I already have my custom settings on /home and the menus are quite well populated.
It would be nice to show to the end user a VERY fancy presentation (maybe flash) after the dist-upgrade with ALL THE NEW FEATURES of the fresh release. This way people will have more things to use and discuss. Shortly, lets make a bug fuss with every release, at least because the guys at CANONICAL and the community are hardly working for it and its a pity not to promote it.
A larger mass-media exposure of new releases would also be good, I think.
