ubuntu kernel should have built-in badram module patched

Registered by paranaense

Linux systems should be competitive to other OS, but should also be compatible to old computers, since it has become a very important instrument of digital inclusion all over the world.
Badram is being very well spoken everywhere for it's simple and eficcient way of preventing old machines to crash or work unproperly because of old ram modules. It's important to have it in ubuntu, so users of ram modules with few defects can enjoy this exelent OS without having to afford a new computer.
