Run APT in background.

Sometimes when you are using APT to update your system, something unforseen happens like a game freezes your system and you will have to restart X or you have to restart X because of something else. Or you might be updating your server over SSH when you havo to shut off your computer and go to the buss. You get the picture.

Instead of ending the update process as far as update-manager closes or the ssh connection ends, keep the updating process going untill its done. But just if the user who started the update have accepted the changes, like when you have to type "Y" in the begining of the process using the terminal, or pressing Accept button when using update-manager.

So we wont have to run "sudo apt-get -f install" or "sudo dpkg --configure -a" everytime we accidentally restart X or close the terminal which is connected to our server via SSH.
