Clean popup to chose whether to hear or rip my audio cd.

I don't know if this request has been posted yet. But it would be lovely to have Ubuntu ask me if I want to rip or hear my audio CD. Currently when I insert my CD I only get Serpentine automatically opened up ready to rip my CD. Its kind of non friendly. This would be a plus for future versions. Thanks.
