Better asian languages support

Asian fonts looks really bad in ubuntu/kubuntu right now, also I had troubles with utf support and Japanese (I managed to fix it but should work as default)
skim works nicely in kubuntu but don't work by default with gtk apps (openoffice, firefox, etc also), it should configure by hand some configuration files and its really painfull to not "powerusers".
