Introduce threading to aptdaemon and split transaction operations

We want to add threading support to aptdaemon. This will allow use to handle several operations at the same time. The main use case will be downloading the files of queued transaction while another transaction is currently installing software. This feature could be used to split system updates into smaller transactions which could be cancelled in a sane way.
