In addition to the current archive-keyring we should have a master key that is used to sign the archive signing keyring. This is important to make key rollover possible in case that the archive keyring gets replaced.

mvo: 2008-02-13: the current signing key is available under http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/project/ now and apt-key net-update will import it from there (included in the nightly cron job)
