Apport improvements
Edgy introduced automatic crash data collection and reporting (apport). Various shortcomings have been identified which should be fixed to make it more usable. Examples:
- Make it work on vanilla upstream kernel 2.6.19+.
- Speed up initial data collection.
- Robust and sane way to handle/change core size limit on a default Ubuntu installation.
- Collecting other interesting data.
- Reducing core dump size.
- Avoid reports for installed third-party packages.
