Prepackage alsa-tools in 14.04 by default and integrate them in system settings

Registered by Kenny Strawn on 2013-12-02

Knowing that in 13.10, hda-jack-retask is now part of the alsa-tools package, it would indeed be nice for some users, particularly of computers that only have one audio port (most likely an output), to be able to use that port as something else in the event that they want to, say, record a song instead of just listen to it.

However, even in 13.10, with it already in alsa-tools, alsa-tools itself is STILL not integrated into Ubuntu itself, making the ability to do audio retasking VERY difficult (for the average newbie especially) indeed, as most users migrating from Windows especially (since Windows 8 still has less than 5% market share in the desktop, with Windows 7 being the most popular and the ridiculously outdated XP [!] in close second) wouldn't have any idea where to go to install it (although I admit, Mac users who are used to the Mac App Store probably would...)
