Enable ALSA software mixing by default

Many mainboard sound cards (e.g. Intel chipsets) do not support hardware mixing with ALSA. However a great amount of applications use the ALSA sound system directly and therefore have to be run mutually exclusive. Activating ALSA software mixing by default would enable all applications using ALSA to play (and even record) sound simultaneously.
