ALSA modules outside the kernel tree

Maintaining the alsa drivers/alsa modules outside the kernel tree in a separate package will allow for easier driver maintenance, particularly for adding new PCI ids/System ids, as well as keeping the alsa driver version consistant accross the several kernels that exist in the archive.
