swith to admin mode for a specific task

The purpose of this feature is allow a logged in user to perform administrative level task (maintenance, drivers, but also hard disk formatting, etc) simply by rigth clicking on a folder or hardware component and using a "Run As" like feature (similar to the one implemented in Windows). the user will not need to user the Terminal console anymore if he does not feel comfortable with it.
This will allow the user to connect only as a simple user, and use this feature to perform specific task.
