A quick to access state where all permissions are open
There are many circumstances, especially those involving development, where you never EVER EVER EVER want to worry about permissions. That's not your job, and not your concern, and you just need to get the job done and let the sysadmins worry about permissions. Or you need to worry about permissions after you have things going. At any rate, it would be VERY VERY nice to be able to run a root or sudo command to completely open up a development server for strictly such a development state so permissions aren't constantly, stupidly, eating up time needlessly when they can either be ignored or dealt with later. Please, this should be able not only to be done well and effectively in one command, but it should be easily reverseable. It is a good idea. It is an idea whose time came about three decades ago. Now that we are getting to the point where engineer monies are seriously scarce it is a really good idea to come up with it now. My apologies if this already exists, but I haven't heard of such a thing, and nobody I know knows of such a thing.
