install and run a local dns per default

Registered by katakombi

Many wireless networking routers serve as domain name servers as well if the networking is setup via dhcp.
In my experience under some strange circumstances querying those routers yields in tremendous time outs (like about several seconds to resolve one IP).
This is noticeable during browsing - http://www.kde.org needs about a minute to finish loading!!
Later I've noticed a similar behavior under Win98 as well (downloads are fast, browsing sluggish).
Win2k and later had no problem and browing felt fast, so I imagined they cache the DNS entries locally.
Hence I installed pdnsd and added some public DNS (and my router as well) browsing is as fast as I had not experienced before but under Windows - in just any browser.

To bring the babbling to an end: I propose to deliver the standard installation of feisty with pdnsd set up and some public DNSes added.
This can be done country-specifically or by user configuration (system settings).
